Clean with clear details on both sides, milled edge. Obverse side design has Queen Elizabeth II facing right and legend around the edge. Reverse side design has the British Coat Of Arms Shield in the center, Queen's Crown above the Shield. On either side of the Shield are the letters, E & R . The very top left quadrant contains 3 Lions, for England, the right contains  1 Lion for Scotland , and the lower right has 3 Lions for England, the left lower quadrant has the Lyre for Ireland. The words on the reverse side are + FID . DEF + are above the Shield and separated by the Crown. The lower section reads, HALF  CROWN  1961. This Half Crown coin is in Extra Fine Condition.
