Alfred E Buck signed cut. Buck died in 1902. Alfred enlisted in the US Civil War first with the 13th Maine infantry before commanding the 51st and 91st US Colored Troops. Alfred worked in the Freedmen’s Bureau after the war along with working in politics. Alfred was a member of the House of Reps representing Alabama and was the
