Item is in remarkable condition for its age, hailing from 1976.  Or, at least, that's the copyright date on the inside (pictured).  The outside isn't perfect with a few minor stains and discolorations as well as a scuff on the back and a little moisture exposure weirdness on the upper corner on the back cover.  Some of the pages were affected by whatever caused this damage.  Sounds dramatic, but it's really not that bad.  In my professional opinion, which doesn't actually count.  Original price sticker is present.
