Thank you for viewing my listing of a new, unread copy of Spider-Man Noir Vol 1 #1 from February 2009.

Item Description - This is a new, unread copy of Spider-Man Noir Vol 1 #1 Cover A. It appears to be a near mint copy. I am absolutely not a professional comic book grader, but I have some experience, and I'd ballpark this one in the 9.4 to 9.6 area. Again, this is a ballpark estimate. I can't guess what the actual graders would give it.

**The reason for the reduced approximate grade is a slight flaw on he right hand side of the cover near the price and artists names. Photo #4 highlights this flaw. Due to the flaw, I will consider any reasonable offer on the item.

I am the sole owner, having taken possession of the comic from the distributor. It's been in storage in my house since my comic book store closed in 2011.

Apologies for the shadows or glare in the photos. If you'd like a closer look at any details, please let me know. I'll be happy to help. It may take an hour or two for me to respond due to work commitments, but I'll get back to you ASAP.

Story Description - Cover by PATRICK ZIRCHER. Written by DAVID HINE & FABRICE SAPOLSKY Art by CARMINE DI GIANDOMENICO. With great power, there must also come great responsibility - and when those in power abuse it, it's the people's responsibility to remove them. The year is 1933, and New York City is not-so-secretly run by corrupt politicians, crooked cops, big businesses...and suave gangland bosses like New York's worst, the Goblin. But when a fateful spider-bite gives the young rabble-rouser Peter Parker the power to fight the mobster who killed his Uncle Ben, will even that be enough? It's a tangled web of Great Depression pulp, with familiar faces like you've never seen them before! By 'Hardboiled' David Hine, Fabrice 'The Spider' Sapolsky and Carmine 'Carbine' Di Giandomenico! 32 PGS./Rated T+ ...$2.99 Cover price $3.99.

Shipping - I'll ship the comic in a sturdy box. I don't ship in envelopes. I have a stellar shipping record, with no reported damaged items. I usually ship comics via media mail, but for this one I'll go ground advantage or priority. You choose. Insurance will be added on my dime.

If you have any questions or comments, please let me know. Thanks again for looking at my listing.
