This is a British Guiana SG 165c, the 2 Cents Yellow stamp.  It was issued in 1882.

This stamp has a 2 Mast boat, and a SMALL 2 in the "2 CENTS" at the base.  It's from the 1st Printing and it's on the 6th position in the sheet (3x4).

This stamp is Mint/Unused and in GEM Condition.
