Offered for sale is a 1/72-scale model of a British Westland Wessex HAS.31/HU.5 helicopter, made by Matchbox Models in 1987.
PLEASE NOTE! This kit is "NOS" or "New Old Stock" which was purchased from closed hobby stores directly or from individuals that had placed this stock in storage for several years before deciding to sell it. The kits are in factory fresh condition and very often are still factory sealed. These kits are considered "new" even though they might be 20 to 40 years old!
This injection-molded kit includes parts molded in green, dark green, and dark gray plastic, a tree of clear parts, a sheet of decals with markings for 2 Royal Navy versions, and assembly instructions. The box is in good condition with light wear from storage which includes general wear from stacking.
