Product OverviewThe 5600 series mechanical heat detectors provide a versatile solution for a wide range of applications. Available in single- and dual-circuit models, these detectors support low- and high-temperature ratings and can operate with either fixed-temperature or combination fixed-temperature/rate-of-rise (ROR) activation. The ROR element on combination models is resettable, allowing for easy field testing.

For flexible installation, the 5600 series can be mounted on single-gang, octagonal, or four-square back boxes (the latter using a square-to-round plaster ring).. A post-activation collector provides a visual indication when the detector has been triggered.
