A very nice, likely never utilized, MTH 30-90290 7 Up #193 Style Industrial Water Tower with Flashing Beacon made for O/027 gauge train layouts in 2008.  

Works great with other O/S scale trains from Lionel, K-Line, Williams, etc... 

This tower features a metal tower, plastic base, shed & tank and a flashing incandescent beacon controlled by an electronic board.  

The MTH towers have a very nice beacon light sequence that builds, flashes and decays.  

This tower highlights the classic 7 Up logo & colors on the tank and tower. 

This is a great layout accessory with lots of visual appeal!

Tower can be run off track power (flashing beacon lets you know track is energized) or accessory power terminals/source.  I did briefly test it and it works great!  

Comes with the original box, inserts, 2 mounting screws & instructions and I will wrap & pack with care prior to shipping.
