A striking and sculptural studio jewelry brooch by noted American jewelry designer Sydney Lynch, executed in sterling silver with richly textured gold-toned overlay elements in her signature modernist aesthetic.

The composition features an orbit-like circular framework centering a dramatic oval black druzy quartz cabochon, its crystalline surface emitting a subtle celestial sparkle. Accenting the outer edge is a deep green square Tourmaline cabochon creating a compelling contrast of geometry, texture, and color.

This handcrafted artisan piece embodies the refined organic-modern vocabulary for which Lynch became known — combining mixed metals, asymmetry, architectural movement, and unusual natural stones into wearable sculpture. The hand-textured gold surface and kinetic circular lines give the brooch exceptional visual presence while retaining an elegant minimalist sophistication.
