This Brochure is in GOOD condition - Please look carefully at the photos - There is a crease on the front right side of the cover, which can be seen throughout the brochure, but which doesn't detract from viewing or enjoying the contents. Again, look at the pictures closely. This is a nice, very presentable brochure, it's just not perfect!
