·       Payment: Within 3 days please. PayPal is my preferred means of payment. If payment is not received after 7 days I will have no option but to report a non payment.

·       Measurements: Please check the measurements or sizes of the item or items before purchasing (where applicable) as photos can sometimes be deceiving.

·       Please ask questions: I try to describe items as fully as possible, but if you require any further information, please do not hesitate to contact me via the eBay "contact seller" link

·       Dispatch: I aim to post within 2 working days maximum (normally 1 day) of received cleared payment. I will email buyers so you know when the parcel is on its way.

·       Postage:  I will not over charge on postage, I use the Royal Mail web site for postage prices and allow a small amount for postage costs such as mailing bags, bubble wrap, etc. Most items will be sent 1^st class and proof of postage is always obtained and will be available if needed.  Recorded Delivery is also available if required.

·       Multiple purchases: Where appropriate, I will revise the postage cost for multiple purchases. But you must let me know if you are bidding on another item and you want to wait. I will assume you want items as quickly as possible unless advised otherwise.

·       Feed back:   If there is a problem, please contact me as soon as possible.  I would never sell anything that I would not be happy to receive, but mistakes do happen and I would rather try to put things right rather than hear first through negative or neutral feedback.  I am always happy to leave appropriate and genuine feedback.
