The Lockheed C-130 Hercules is a true legend of the air. It is in production since 1955 and indeed no replacement is on the horizon, as testified by the recent orders placed by French and German air forces for C-130J, despite these users have the Airbus A400M in line too! This nice and well-illustrated book tells the fascinating story of this rugged and extremely versatile cargo plane, especially the least known electronic warfare variants and the test beds ones.
