We were Dealers For, & Sold, Pokemon Products in My Old Toy Store that we operated in Central Illinois from 1998-2001 : During The Grand Old Days of Yomega, Pokemon, Furby's, Color Game Boy, Bandai, Barbie, Star Wars, etc. We're offering some of our left over NEW VINTAGE Store Stock that's been kept in our clean office storage.

This listing is for a NEW, UNTOUCHED, STRAIGHT FROM PROMO CD CELLO PACK TO PENNY SLEEVE & TOP LOADER, 1998 JAPANESE POKEMON CD PROMO ARCANINE CARD #059, RECENT PULL FROM CD PACK. We understand the back of the card states "1996" (See photo #4), but this RARE Japanese Foil Card was released in the Japanese Promo CD Pack in 1998.

This card is in FLAWLESS, MINT CONDITION. If we were to send all of our cards & packs into PSA for Grading, it would take 50 years to do so. That's why some cards we are selling, with the understanding that if YOU send it to PSA you WILL GET a PSA 10 or PSA 9. Because these cards have been stored for decades, Untouched & are all UNCIRCULATED, in "NEW OUT OF THEIR PACK" condition from our old Toy Store.

We sent a shipment of 20 Pristine NEW Pokemon Cards (which included the Charizard from this same CD Promo Pack that this Arcanine card is from) to PSA the first week of January 2026. They told us to expect delivery July 8th. 7-8 Months...just to get 20 cards graded & sent back from PSA! The Long Wait for PSA Grading has become Ridiculous. It never took that long for PSA to grade our Cards back during 1998-2001, when we owned our Toy Store. Even if you pay PSA more money for "faster service", PSA just keeps the extra money & your PSA delay remains unchanged.
