You are looking at a Sacai x Undercover FW17 collab white crewneck sweatshirt, in Size 2 (Medium). It has been worn sparingly and has been washed and laundered before taking photos. 

For sizing, I'd say it's more of a Sacai Size 2 than an Undercover Size 2: a Size 2 in Sacai menswear tends to correlate to a Medium, while Size 2 in most of Undercover's shirts and sweaters correlate to a North American Size Small. It has an oversized fit.
