This is a wonderful and lovely Anglo Boer War Stampless Soldier's Cover.  It was sent from Norvals Point to Downfields By Dundee, Scotland on 9/1/1900.

This cover is endorsed with a handwritten "STAMPS NOT AVAILABLE" on the top left of the front of the cover.  It also has an FPO 3 Marking dated 9/3/1900.  Additionally, there is a RED LONDON PAID TRANSIT CIRCLE.  On the back, it has a Dundee Transit marking dated 9/24/1900.
