The pain of suffering can often feel like more than we can bear, but worse, our suffering canderail the very faith that we thought would help us through the hard times. If we are unpreparedwith biblical answers to our pain, our suffering will be compounded by questioning the verygoodness of Moreno and Lee Campbell, after their experiences of their own suffering and watchingothers struggle, were burdened for ordinary Christ-followers to truly delve into the Bible anddevelop a sound framework for navigating the suffering in their lives, a framework grounded ontruth. God does have answers and help for our suffering, but if we are not ready before theonslaught, we will miss out on the chance to experience him working and using us in the lives ofthose we love and are called to serve.
