Quick & Easy: Allows you to prepare smooth and delicious Chawanmushi quickly in the microwave. Cooking time is approximately 2 minutes at 500W (times may vary depending on your microwave).

Strainer Included: Comes with a dedicated egg strainer that helps create a silky, restaurant-quality texture by removing lumps from the egg mixture.

Simple Instructions:

Mix 1 egg, 100ml of water, and 2 tsp of Shirodashi (white soup stock) in a bowl.

Pour the mixture into the main container through the strainer.

Remove the strainer, cover with the lid, and microwave.

Note on Ingredients:
If you wish to add solid ingredients (such as mushrooms or chicken), please cook them separately before placing them into the container.
