The sets complete as far as the 4 trucks go but is missing some accessories. It originally had more ladders, 2 fire hats and a fireman's badge and axe. 

The tires on the pumper truck are all bad with worn centers that cause the wheels to flop and not sit right.

the other 3 trucks are in very nice condition. all 4 are original paint with very light playwear with great patina..

The box is rough the lids not too bad but the bottom is really bad see pictures.

Personally I think taking the top of the lid and framing it to display with the set would look really nice.
