A: Some customers are confused about model number.
Different callings. For example, CR2032 is also called 2032 or ECR2032 or DL2032. Actually they are the same.
B: Sometimes we hear from customers that they bought wrong size for their devices.
That's very understandable. Because those button cells are very small and look very very similar from pictures.
Voltage are all 3V. Material are all Lithium. The differences are dimensions.
Tip: The battery is named by dimension!

Safeguard children by taking control of button cell or coin batteries.
Keep products with accessible batteries away from children if the battery compartments do not have a screw closure to secure them.

Toys with button cell or coin batteries are required to have a secure closure requiring a screwdriver, coin, or tool to open.
