I purchase decal collections that range in age from 1 to 40 or more years old. Some sheets may have backing paper discoloration. 

For the older sheets it's recommended that you spray or brush on a decal sheet film from MicroScale for example to help keep the decal you're using intact.

Domestic shipping either 1st class envelope rate - limited tracking for $2
International shipping is also 1st class envelope rate with no tracking. Delivery times vary from 1 to 4 weeks.
