I have no clue what this is and no way to test it. The custom wiring harness was attached to it when I bought it. These came from an abandoned storage unit and sitting for 20+ years in a box that termites ate and made a mess of, so it's dirty, dusty, rusty. The box was thrown away. The boards were then stored in plastic tubs. This is how they came out.
