Emperor Palpatine - 1984 No COO

He has ok paint and color throughout. He does have some wear, notably some paint loss on his hands and face.

He is missing his cane. His head is tight, right arm moderate to loose but closer to moderate as it still holds any position, while the rest of his joints are moderate. Overall a good figure for a collection.
