Questions&Answers Q1: Hello, It simply doesn't work. The long exposure to the sun didn't help at all. A1: When put it in the water, please press it in the water to let the bubble come out. And then take it to the direct sunlight, then the pump can make the water to spray. Q2: Why it doesn't work after several days? A2: Please check the mode setting before use it. The solar water fountain has 2 modes: Automatic mode, the solar fountain works with jet during the day but LED does not light up, it will storage the power and works at night and lights up. Night mode, fountain does not work during the day and LED does not light up, storage more power during day and works at night and lights up. You can choose different modes according to your preferences.
