When using diamond tools, please pay attention to the following:
1. When installing new tools, be sure to check if the tools jump. If they jump, you cannot work directly and must adjust them to not jump before use. Otherwise, the tool will quickly wear out and the carved object will not be very smooth. Adjustment method: Use a small wrench with a changing chuck to gently tap the high-speed rotating tool handle until the tool is stable. It is strictly prohibited to hit the electronic machine. The adjustment method is to loosen the clamp and turn the tool to an angle or extend and retract it a little.
2. It is necessary to cool down with water (similar to the drip device used in hospitals, which is available in our store). For example, if the diamond on the tool head becomes graphite due to overheating, it will quickly wear out and become useless.
3. When drilling, try to avoid shaking as shaking can cause local damage to the tool and accelerate the damage of the entire tool.
4. Lightly press in, diamond tools rely on grinding to process workpieces. Excessive force can cause grinding powder to be difficult to remove, and tools (especially small tools) are also prone to damage.
