Domestic Returns: BUYER PAYS RETURN SHIPPING. Accepted within 30 days after purchase if the item is returned in it's original sealed condition (RETURNS ON NEW CDs THAT HAVE BEEN OPENED ARE NOT ACCEPTED). It must be returned in the same protective packaging that it was sent in.

Due to recent major increases in USPS commercial rates for sellers shipping from Hawai'i and Alaska, we can no longer offer free shipping via Ground Advantage for most of our media like we used to. On most of our listings, you can choose between:
1) MEDIA MAIL for Free (delivery from Hawai'i generally takes 7 days to possibly more than a month as it ships by boat to the US Mainland, and it depends on when the ship leaves Honolulu. NOTE!!! The estimated shipping times reported by eBay are often NOT accurate regarding Media Mail shipping from Hawai'i.)
or you can choose to upgrade to:
2) GROUND ADVANTAGE upgrade for $4.50 (delivery generally takes 4-10 days depending on location.)
BUYERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR PROVIDING A SECURE DELIVERY LOCATION... WE HATE "PORCH PIRATES" TOO, BUT ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THEFTS.
We have no control over your package once it is in the possession of USPS. If you have delivery issues (mis-delivered, not delivered, damaged package, etc.) you must contact YOUR LOCAL USPS OFFICE. Our Hawai'i post offices cannot help you once the package has left the islands.
Shipping costs include: the actual cost of shipping, plus the cost of any applicable materials used for your package such as envelopes, bags, boxes, bubble wrap, protective foam, etc.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING: Your CD will be packaged in a box, then enveloped, and shipped within one Business Day after eBay has confirmed your payment AND mailing address. Make sure that the mailing address is fully correct; we do not ship to alternative email-requested addresses. If you have accidentally provided the wrong address, you must cancel your order and re-purchase using the proper mailing address (this is the guideline set by eBay).
Combined Domestic Shipping? Usually, we can combine items *depending on what the items are*. If the actual combined shipping cost is less than what you originally paid, we will refund the difference back to you.

Please understand that we (the seller) cannot control the cost of international shipping or Customs/Taxes/Import fees, as prices are determined by the US Postal Service, eBay, your local parcel delivery service, and your country's import laws.
