EZ-SQUARE 

Due to the popular demand and supply of our original Rapid Squares (Which are still available) we have designed a new range of Speed Squares to complement our current range.

We have three sizes available (50mm, 100mm or 200mm) all cut from 6mm Mild Steel S275 (Pickled and Oiled). Our new Ez Speed Squares are Fibre Laser cut and CNC formed press braked using the newest technology and equipment available.

 

After the fibre laser cuts the profiles, we rumble the steel in a tumbling machine with ceramic media to de-burr and remove sharp edges. From this stage, we then move over to the 4 axis 60Ton 1200mm CNC Press Brake to ensure two highly accurate 90-degree folds are carried out. The Ez Square is now formed and checked for accuracy before we punch the steel with our "Made In Britain" Stamp. Then, it’s packaged and ready to be sent out for action.

 

EZ-SQUARE 100MM 45D FEATURES

Materials Available: Mild Steel S275.

Finish: All Squares a Rumbled finish using a tumbler between cutting and folding.

Fibre Laser Cut Accurate to within +/- 0.2mm.

CNC Folded Accurate to within +/- 0.2°.

1 flange features a 16mm slot.

1 flange features 2 6mm through holes.

Can be used with or without a fixture table.
