Designed specifically for Ford, Lincoln, and Mercury vehicles. Manufactured to strict specifications with extensive testing to ensure the repair is done right the first time.

When to Replace Sensors

  • Battery Life: 5–10 years or 100k miles.
  • Damage: Accidents, potholes, etc.
  • Corrosion: Road salt or galvanic corrosion.

Note: It typically makes sense to replace all sensors at once since batteries have similar life spans.

Replacing Tires?

  • Replace Sensors if: The new tires will cross the battery life threshold (avoids future mounting fees).
  • Otherwise: Use a service kit to replace components (stems, nuts) to prolong life.

Important Notes

  1. Sleep Mode: If stationary >30 mins, sensors sleep. Roll tires to wake them before testing.
  2. Interference: Train one vehicle at a time. Stay 3ft away from other TPMS-equipped vehicles.
  3. Mixed Pressures: Trucks/Vans (F-Series, E-Series) require re-training after rotation to prevent warning lights.

How to Train Sensors

Step 1: Enter Training Mode

  1. Ignition OFF → Press/Release Brake.
  2. Cycle Ignition OFF to RUN (3x), ending in RUN.
  3. Press/Release Brake.
  4. Ignition OFF.
  5. Cycle Ignition OFF to RUN (3x), ending in RUN.

✅ Success: Horn sounds ONCE & TPMS light flashes. (Display shows "TRAIN LF TIRE")

Step 2: Activate Sensors

Place tool on valve stem. Press button repeatedly until horn beeps (hold up to 6s). Complete each tire within 2 mins of the previous one.

  • 1. Left Front (Driver)
  • 2. Right Front (Passenger)
  • 3. Right Rear
  • 4. Left Rear

Step 3: Verify Completion

Turn Ignition OFF.

  • No Sound / "TIRE TRAINING COMPLETE": Success.
  • Horn beeps TWICE: Failed. Restart procedure.
