A used Jaguar XK120 aluminium oil sump part number C2359/1 as fitted to the later models, see pictures for engine numbers.

Good used condition with no cracks or major damage however the part is used and about 60 years old so expect some scrapes and signs of use etc. and It will need a final clean before fitting.

Just to note the baffle has been modified so this will need making good, a straight forward job for a good sheet metal worker.
