If your parcel is returned or rejected for any reason not caused by us, the buyer is responsible for:

Reshipping costs if applicable

If a parcel is held by customs, it is the buyer’s responsibility to contact their local customs office and arrange for the release of the package.

We are only responsible for parcels lost by the shipping carrier. In such cases, we will issue a full refund.
