We recognize the need for complete transparency when buying/selling vehicles on eBay. With that, we do our best to know each vehicle we sell, and we work diligently to understand every aspect of each vehicle. We did not build, modify, or have the luxury of personal ownership that would give us the advantage of knowing the unknown. Again, transparency is king and we’re happy to answer ALL questions our customers might have. Additionally, we welcome inspections (see the Inspection statement below), ask many questions, and keep an open mind when buying such vehicles.
Dealer Handling: A $500 handling fee will be added to the purchase price at the time of sale. This is not an arbitrary charge. Your documents are very important to us, so we use the best resources in the business to assure accuracy and timeliness. This fee only partially covers those costs.
Total Price: Total price is Buy-It-Now PLUS the aforementioned $500 handling fee. Prices are based on rebates available for Zip Code 67401. Any rebates used are available to every customer. We advertise ONE price, and although we are open to offers, we encourage a transparent conversation prior to any negations. Prices are subject to change without notice.
Availability: Our vehicles are made available upon final payment. Please inquire prior to purchase to ensure any advertised vehicle is not already sold. We advertise across multiple resources where a vehicle could sell in a moment’s notice. Vehicles may be sold prior to eBay listing end; the seller reserves the right to end its listings early or to cancel bids/offers solely at its discretion and shall not be held liable for any such cancellation.
Contact: If you are a winning bidder, click Buy-It-Now, or if we accept your eBay Offer, it is your responsibility to contact the seller within 24 hours.
Inspection: VERY IMPORTANT. Please inspect. If a buyer chooses to buy sight unseen (many of our buyers choose this option), the buyer accepts the vehicle AS-IS and understands that we cannot address concerns post-sale. It’s important that all concerns are addressed prior to purchase. Again, we make every effort to present accurate and reliable information; use of this information is voluntary, and it should only be deemed reliable after an independent review of its accuracy, completeness, and timeliness. It is the sole responsibility of the customer/buyer to verify the existence of options, accessories, and the vehicle condition at the time of sale. Any and all differences must be addressed prior to the time of sale. EPA mileage estimates are for comparison purposes only. Actual mileage may vary depending on driving conditions, driving habits, and vehicle maintenance.
Payment: We require a non-refundable $500.00 deposit within 24 hours of winning or of your commitment to purchase. Full payment is required within 7 days of the listing end unless other arrangements are agreed to in writing. If the deposit and/or full payment are not provided within the stated timeframe, all vehicles will be relisted, and the transaction will be considered void. Please call or contact to make arrangements for payment. Please note that we do not accept full payment by credit card; we will accept the deposit via credit card if needed.
Payment Types: Bank wire, Cash in person, Certified Funds, Institutional Financing, credit card (deposits only). We are happy to assist in getting these processed. Vehicles are made available once all funds clear bank processing.
Shipping: Free shipping, if included in the listing description, is limited to $1,000 for new vehicles only if the buyer finances through Long McArthur, and is not valid with any other offer or pricing plans (X, Z, D, or A). Buyer is responsible for any additional transport costs. We have access to a network of private and commercial carriers. Most can deliver the vehicle to your driveway on your schedule. Before your vehicle is taken for transport, we ensure it is properly secured when leaving our facility. We assume no responsibility for damages or delays incurred once a vehicle is in a shipper’s custody. Buyers are welcome to trailer home. We are happy to have everything ready to see you off with your new vehicle.
Drive it Home: If you plan to buy and drive, please keep a few things in mind. Anything is possible when it comes to a vehicle. As mentioned previously, we inspect our vehicles and do everything humanly possible to know what we can about each one. We recommend transporting all vehicles to your home first, then driving it locally. Get to know it. If you choose to drive your new vehicle home, the buyer accepts all responsibility. We are unable to control what may take place once it leaves our facility.
Fees: Buy-It-Now price does not include any Title, License, Registration, State or Local Taxes, or Processing Fees. We recommend you familiarize yourself with your individual state’s taxes, transfer, or additional fees. We are happy to provide a written cost sheet with all known fees prior to purchase.
Documents & Vehicle Titles: All documents are sent immediately upon purchase. To avoid delays, please return any required documents as soon as possible. Please allow up to 60 days for vehicle titles. Usually, titles are available sooner, we ask for the extra time in the event there are unforeseen circumstances. Your vehicle can be driven during this time with the temporary tags we will issue.
Mileage: Miles may differ. Upon receipt of a vehicle, we document and photograph our vehicles. Occasionally, our vehicles may be driven or simply moved around our facilities. Slight differences may occur, so we recommend you confirm actual and current miles prior to purchase.
Condition: We cover the obvious and do our best to describe the vehicles in detail. Have that transparent conversation with us. Do be aware that all pre-owned vehicles, regardless of age, mileage, or manufacturer, are subject to cosmetic wear and mechanical failure. We recommend a personal inspection before purchase to help ensure your satisfaction. Third-party inspections are encouraged and must take place prior to purchase.
