Base Set 4th Print (also known as the 1999-2000 UK Print) is the final and rarest print run of the original English Base Set. While it looks nearly identical to the standard "Unlimited" cards, it is distinguished by the copyright date at the very bottom, which reads "©1999-2000 Wizards" instead of the usual "©1999 Wizards."Originally distributed primarily in the UK and Europe, this print run was significantly smaller than the standard Unlimited release. It is highly sought after by collectors for its rarity, particularly the holographic cards, which were notoriously difficult to pull from these specific 1999-2000 booster packs.

CARD CONDITION GUIDE

Mint / Near Mint (Pack Fresh): Perfect or almost perfect condition.

Near Mint: A tiny amount of edge-wear or a slight surface scratch.

Light Play: Visible edge-wear and some light scratches.

Played: Noticeable damage, potentially including creases and heavier edge-wear.
