A rare original document, written in velum being a land lease , written on 10th April 26 Henry 8 (the 26th year of the reign of Henry VIII - 1535. With a counter date of 29 Elizabeth, (1586) probably when the lease ended. Approx 22cm by 36cm with original pendant wax seal. Great condition and unusually early.
