Do I still need a water softener if my water is hard?
Yes. Our WCB32O whole house water filter does not reduce hardness. It is recommended to install a water softener, such as the iSpring WCS45KG model, before this system if your TDS level is above 300 ppm.

Can I install this system outdoors?
Install indoors in a well-ventilated area, shielded from wind and rain, away from direct sunlight and heat. Consider water leakage protection. For outdoor installation, ensure insulation for frost, sun, and waterproofing for both unit and pipes.

Can I use this system if my water flow is from left to right?
Yes, you can. However, please note that the inlet/outlet marking on the system is fixed, so you will need to flip the machine head to accommodate this setup. To do this, simply unscrew the screws on the machine head and flip it.
