Elegant antique French porcelain trinket / dresser box, hand-painted in Limoges and signed J. Fevre.

Excellent vintage condition with no chips or cracks.

This charming piece features a finely detailed scenic landscape with stone bridge, river, and village architecture, all hand-painted on the lid in soft, impressionistic tones. The base is finished in a pale blue glaze with a delicate gold rim, and the box stands on four applied gilt feet—an especially desirable detail.

This piece was brought back from Europe by my parents during WWll.

Please keep an eye on my auctions for more vanity pieces, powder jars, etc.

Thanks for looking!
