On Multiple Cards Listed in Quantity - If there's more than 1 card listed in the quantity section it's possible you won't receive the card pictured. This is for time and management. The card will always be in same condition as listed. This is generally just on the cheaper cards.

Shipping - We do next day shipping on all orders, no matter how big or small. We also combine shipping on all orders.

On ESE (individual cads $20 and under) we will ship card in penny sleeve, top loader, with painters tape on the top and painters tape securing card onto a piece of paper. Paper will be folded over in a plain white envelope with label printed directly onto envelope. On multiple cards ordered we will put up to 4 in a Card Saver then into a team bag in PWE or bubble mailer. On thicker cards it'll be a top loader then shipped in a smaller bubble mailer.

On raw cards over $20 USPS Ground Advantage will be used (unless otherwise stated). Items will be packed well shipped in a box or bubble mailer. Cards may be in penny sleeves, top loaders, and team bagged or put on one-touch holder and team bagged. This depends on value of card. If card value exceeds $100 insurance will always be added.

Graded Cards - Cards under $100 are generally put in a graded card sleeve and small box packed well and shipped using USPS Ground Advantage. Cards over $100 will be put in a graded card sleeve, bubble wrapped, and placed in a 7X4X2 inch box. Insurance always will be added on these orders.

Returns - We do not accept returns. If an item is damaged or hasn't arrived on time just message us before opening a claim and we'll work with you to resolve the issue.

Offers - If an item has "Best Offer" feel free to send offers or a message to see if an agreement can be made. If you made an offer but it was auto rejected that means the offer was too low and a threshold has been set on that item. If there's a higher priced item that doesn't have offers turned on please still feel free to send a message about perhaps making a deal. However please don't send a message, like would you take $1 on a $2 card.
