This a gorgeous Coach bag has signature jacquard fabric and smooth leather accents on the exterior. The interior features a zippered pocket on one side and a slip pocket on the other side. There is a snap closure. It also offers an adjustable strap that’s removable, so it can be used as a satchel or a crossbody bag.

This seems like an odd thing to have to say, but I’ve actually had a person cut right into an item when opening it and then ask me for a refund because they ruined the item🤷🏻‍♀️
