This is pre-owned, definite signs of use. Some rusting around the buckles. It is a 35" horse cinch made by the brand Sure Grip. It measures  4 inches wide.It is made of nylon material and was manufactured in the United States. The cinch is not a custom bundle and has not been modified. It is designed for use in equestrian sports, specifically in western saddles and tack.  Please look at all pictures to reference condition as this may be a collector's piece only if not reusable.
