This is an all black Spyderco Matriarch 2 Lockback knife with the Emerson hook on top of the blade. This knife was made in Seki-City, Japan. It's just under 8¼" long when opened. It has the black fiberglass reinforced nylon handles with a black removable and 4-way repositionable black stainless pocket clip and a lanyard hole. 

It has the VG-10 serrated reverse "S" lockback blade with the huge thumb hole. 

This knife is in excellent condition and it appears to have been carried or used very little.
