The box is in rough condition and has been taped up to prevent tearing, however all of the plastic monster and investigator figures and base plates are all in their original sealed plastic bag. The tiles are also in their original cardboard punchout sheets. Everything included in the photos are included in the box, including the rule sheet and catalog pamphlet.
