We stand by our products!

All our products are covered by a manufacturer's warranty unless stated otherwise on the listing (usually under the conditions tab). This applies to manufacturing defects or hardware faults that develop in the first months of ownership (between 6 and 12 months depending on the item).

All orders are posted with a VAT invoice in the box showing the date of purchase, price and VAT details. Please keep this invoice safe as it is sometimes required for warranty claims. You are of course welcome to contact us for a replacement invoice if needed, and we can also email copies if you would like a digital version.

Please note: Any item delivered damaged must be reported to us within 48 hours of receipt.

In the event of a fault developing in the first 14 days of receiving your purchase, please get in touch with us as soon as possible, we will help you with troubleshooting and resolving the issue. If a fault develops after 30 days, you will need to get in touch with the manufacturer to open a warranty claim. This will usually involve letting them know what has gone wrong and they will arrange for the issue to be rectified for you. If for any reason the manufacturer rejects the warranty claim, or you have any other difficulties please contact us and we will be more than happy to help.

Shipping and Delivery Estimates

We provide free next day delivery on every order (UK and Northern Ireland Only)

If you would like your product delivered next working day, please place your order before 2PM for same day shipping service. Saturday deliveries are included. Sunday deliveries is also available on request for an additional £20 charge. Please let us know in advance as possible.

All our deliveries are shipped by tracked couriers, usually Royal Mail (Special Delivery or Tracked Services). On occasion we may decide to use DPD or UPS to avoid any delays with your delay (for example, to avoid industrial strike action).

We will only ship your item(s) to the address supplied on the eBay order (when you make a payment on checkout). A valid phone number and email is required for all orders - as this will be used by couriers for shipping and payment verification. This is done this way to protect against fraud and to protect your purchase. We only use signed and tracked services, so someone will need to be present to accept delivery. Sometimes Royal Mail will divert your parcel to a local post office in the event of a missed delivery - a signature will still be required to collect your item.

We do not currently ship to PO Boxes or BFPO addresses. We reserve the right to cancel and refund any orders going to these addresses

Delivery Options such as leave in safeplace, with a neighbour, or click and collect are not available (with exception to Sainsbury's Argos Stores).

You will receive a dispatch notification email containing your tracking number when your item is dispatched.

Delivery of your item will take place between Monday-Friday, usually by 1PM. The order must be signed for at the registered eBay address. Item will not be left in garages, porches, or left with neighbours ETC.

Royal Mail deliveries will be attempted twice, with a calling card left each time, then directed to a local Sorting / Post Office for collection. If an item is not collected within 14 days, it will be returned to us.. DPD and UPS deliveries will be attempted twice - then returned to us. Any item returned to us will be cancelled an refunded once we receive the item back. A delivery fee of £20 may be charged for further deliveries.

Free express delivery is included free of charge to all UK / Northern Ireland addresses if the item is sent via Royal Mail (Special Delivery Guarantee). If an alternative courier is required, there will be an extra charge for this service. please contact us to discuss options / payment.

A 30 day cancellation period provides our customers with a cooling off period to assess their purchase. You have the right to cancel the order without giving any reason. The cancellation period starts when we enter a contract with you and will end 30 days after you have taken possession of the goods (or they have been accepted at your delivery address).

In order to exercise your right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision in writing via the eBay messaging system, or by using eBay's inbuilt return tools. We will acknowledge your cancellation and send you specific return instructions. You will also receive a unique returns number and a specific return address which may differ from our registered address. Please do not return anything until we have responded to your cancellation notice.

if there are any problems with your item, or you find it faulty on arrival, please email us or contact us on the phone before leaving feedback. We do aim to please, not ever disappoint, and will do everything in our power to resolve any problem encountered to your satisfaction.

All Returned items must be in their original and unused condition, complete with all parts, documentation, and accessories with their original packaging. Faulty items are checked on return, and if an item is found not to be faulty, we will return the same item to you.

Please ensure you have complete backups of any items you return for us to repair. It is an industry standard to wipe the device and reinstall the operating system of any device being evaluated.
