The innovative cut, composed of edges and tapers not found in the original, was derived from meticulous consideration and repeated prototyping, and is achieved through advanced CNC (*) cutting. The sides, shaved down to the bare minimum, ensure a comfortable grip even with the bumper attached. The stable thickness at the top and bottom not only prevents accidental operation of switches but also absorbs impact in the event of a fall, minimizing damage to the device.

The material used is A6063 aluminum alloy. This material is used in industrial products where high precision in machinability, strength, and lightness are required. Each bumper is individually machined from a solid block of aluminum using advanced CNC cutting. The surface is treated with anodizing, which is highly resistant to wear and has beautiful coloration, giving it beauty beyond just being a reinforcement part.

The new "Quick Lock system" does not require tools to attach the bumper. For final fastening, a large screw, modeled after a watch crown, is tightened by hand to securely and safely fix the bumper. The simple yet robust structure not only enhances reliability but also improves stability when attached.
