This collectible Cosy Cottage miniature doll house is part of the Sylvanian Families / Calico Critters forest animal series by Japan's Epoch Toys. The red roof starter home is approximately 11 inches tall, and has a reversible faux wood grain/green faux grass or carpet upper floorboard piece that is removable to change it from a second story inside to expand the first floor or create an outside area. The front door opens and closes.

It could be used as a model to customize for your own one-of-a-kind (OOAK) custom repaint or art and craft creations or as an addition to your Calico Critters/Sylvanian Families, Peach Fuzz Village, Bärenwald, Furry Forest Folk, Li'l Woodzeez, or Maple Town Stories woodland creatures series village or mini diorama display.

It has been used and displayed and may need to be cleaned. Although I try to mention or photograph any significant flaws that I see, it is being sold as is, so please look closely at the pictures and ask any questions before bidding.
