Balls are still in a bright white condition. Box is intact with minor blemishes from storage/age. One segment of cellophane has torn. Box ends close tight. Balls are number 3's. Marked as pictured with a caricature of Spiro Agnew. I believe these are from around 1968. Balls made by Victor.
