Condition is Used. Shipped with USPS Ground Advantage or Priority Mail (buyer chooses at checkout).

Customer Satisfaction and Return Policy:
Please do not hesitate to message us through the eBay messaging system if the item you receive is damaged or is not in the condition that you expect. Customer satisfaction is a priority to us - we will work with you promptly to ensure the best and most fair outcome.
We will accept returns with full refund for the following reasons:
- Damage to item during shipping (please provide photo of damage).
- Note: if only a small portion of the package is damaged (for example, you purchase a set of 6 mugs and 1 arrives damaged) and you wish to keep the undamaged portion, we can negotiate a partial refund while allowing you to keeping the undamaged items.
- A defect that we missed and was not indicated in the item condition or description.
- Specs that significantly differ from the item description (incorrect item, wrong color, etc).
Returns / refunds due to "changed mind / buyer's remorse" or misread item description aren't accepted once the item ships out, but we will be more than happy to cancel an order for those reasons prior to shipping (in most cases shipping occurs the next business day after purchase).
