This is an Athearn Special Edition Elgin Joliet and Eastern (EJ&E) HO scale GP38-2 diesel locomotive #703 that I purchased for display. I ended up not displaying it and have never run it but don’t have test tract to test it.  Item is new but original box has signs of normal wear and tear. It all appears to be there but look at the photos and ask questions before bidding. I do not accept returns.
