This set includes a baseball that was autographed in 2013 by Anthony Rizzo of the Chicago Cubs and a vintage Rockies pin from 1993, that features the Cubs. These items are 20 years apart! The Rizzo ball was obtained at a charity auction at Coors Field in 2013. It rained that day and a small bit of water got onto the label that was packed by the ball. There was a minor leach mark on the ball, please reference pictures for the small pink mark. The pin is the from 1993, the inaugural season for the Colorado Rockies. The pin features the Cubs vs Rockies and the iconic Coca-Cola logo. The pin is in its original packaging. Rizzo played for 14 seasons, primarily for the Chicago Cubs, and was instrumental in their 2016 World Series win. Rizzo is a 3x All-Star, 4x Gold Glove winner, and recipient of the Silver Slugger and Platinum Glove awards. In 2017, he received the Roberto Clemente Award for his work with the Anthony Rizzo Family Foundation, which supports children with cancer. This set will bring two pieces of history into your collection and will be a great addition for Cubs fans and collectors alike!
