Burr likely needs to be replaced. Tested and works great, but it seems to grind coffee slightly slower than my Virtuoso. I'm not sure if that's normal or not. Please only purchase if you have experience with Baratza coffee grinders - how the burr and lid go on are very specific. I did a deep clean on it and then ran some beans of my own through it - so you might see some residuals left over. Thanks, Mike.
