Items:    Vintage Model Hobbies HO All Wood Building Kit #561 Ranch House with Carport

This is a vintage HO scale all-wood craftsman kit specifically for Wayside Structures. Produced by the now-defunct manufacturer Model Hobbies (formerly based in New Cumberland, Pennsylvania), these kits were common from the mid-1950s through the 1970s and were designed to replicate structures found along Northeast railroads.

Terms of Sale

Return Reason: Buyer changed mind/remorse/ordered by mistake.  Keep in mind, before returning, the seller has advised the buyer they will not be refunded for the original shipping costs paid for by the seller where seller offers free shipping. This will be deducted from the refund. A prepaid return label will be provided for returns.  If a new item is returned opened, used or damaged there will be additional deductions of up to 50% as allowed by ebay.  Thank you
