Not sure if the blue stone is in fact a true sapphire or not.

Dated 1926, Medal is stamped "ACME Wheelmen Championship"

Signed / Etched on back with 2nd place winner's name.

I am having trouble reading it. I believe it is similar to: H. Fischer ? Or a wording/name similar to that spelling.

I have no information on where this race took place.

Ribbon is original, and is a bit faded/worn.
