Entirely one piece construction, meant to either be a shirt /coat/ or hat button / pin / Lapel etc...

Marked, "Braxmar New York " on reverse, I realize Braxmar made items such as this, I am not certain if they are still operating at this time.

Beautiful eagle / phoenix type bird on front shield , w/ Tuebor written above it. (Tuebor, Michigan)?
